The Butler County Recorder’s Office will begin collecting $4.00* for entering or indexing any reference.
This will apply to Satisfactions, Releases, Re-records, Assignments, Subordinations, Modifications, Waivers of Priority, etc.

Any document that we make a reference to in our system will now be charged an additional $4.00 fee.

*ORC 317.32(C) For entering or indexing any reference by separate recorded instrument, a base fee of two dollars and a housing trust fund fee of two dollars for each reference set out in that instrument, in addition to the fees set forth in division (A)(1) of this section.
